Hello, Your system setup appears to be limiting performance due to RAM frequency constraints. I attempted to enable XMP in the MSI BIOS but it didn’t work. Also, setting the clock speed to 2666MHz in the BIOS didn’t resolve the issue—Task Manager still shows 933MHz. Please consider checking RAM compatibility or adjusting settings further. Thank you.

Clearing CMOS sets the default to 2133MHz. (1067MHz won't support 4 sticks at the XMP settings.) Begin at 2133 and gradually increase to 2667MHz by adjusting timing and voltage manually.

Avoid using the manager to check memory speed—it often gives inaccurate results. On my old i7 920, it would always claim 800MHz even though it ran at around 1866. For real data, try CPU-Z, HWiNFO64 or ZenTimings. As for why 3000MHz failed, the Zen 1 controller struggled, and 3200MHz single rank was the best you'd likely get from a solid CPU. Dual rank would make things even trickier; most systems can't reliably run at 3200MHz CL16, while 3000MHz dual rank is pushing limits. It's probably just a weak 1700 MHz chip.
