I recently purchased this router, but it isn’t performing like my old ones in terms of the signals. I’m having trouble picking the right channel and there aren’t any settings to split them. I can create a guest Wi-Fi for both channels, though I haven’t tried that yet. I need one 2.4G signal and another 5G signal. Please help me out!

The groups remain separate. Each group is operating with identical SSIDs. To assign distinct SSIDs to each group, turn off TP-Link's Smart Connect in the advanced wireless options.
