I own a ROG Crosshair VIII HERO with Wi-Fi at the specified link. It includes some fan built-in near the GPU, which is making a loud noise since March. The mini fan motor appears to be failing and isn't spinning properly. Can I turn it off in BIOS or adjust it without removing it from the motherboard? The motherboard model is ROG Crosshair VIII HERO, CPU AMD Ryzen 5800x3d, GPU 2080ti.
