Here’s a rewritten version of your text, aiming for clarity and flow:

“I’ve been experiencing intermittent shutdowns with my PC while playing Black Desert Online (BDO). It seems to happen randomly, though it was less frequent on my older machine running a Core 2 Quad processor. My in-game temperatures during BDO, when set to medium settings, typically range from 40 to 56 degrees Celsius.

Recently, the issue started occurring more frequently. After waking up and checking my PC, it was powered off. This has happened several times before on my older PC when I wasn't meeting the game’s recommended specifications. I'm not sure why this is happening now.

I’ve also noticed a strange behavior while fishing: When I send the game to sleep (tray icon) for errands, it unexpectedly reverts back to the windowed screen mode and sometimes shuts down completely. It’s as if it’s losing focus or experiencing a disconnect during idle periods."

I'd start with Windows error logs and try to see what time the shut down occurred and what the last log says.
