Just before shutting down, the system ran much more smoothly. Rechecking the temperatures showed a drop to 40°C–50°C at idle, with the CPU reaching its maximum frequency of 5000MHz. Since then, every time I power on the PC, it consistently runs at around 5000MHz (±100MHz). This behavior is concerning and suggests a possible link between the overheating and the high frequency operation.
The AIO cooler comes with a 5-year warranty, but after contacting Deepcool, they asked for proof that the CPU was running under high temperatures. The issue remains: the CPU no longer operates at those elevated temps.
