My current parts list for a new ITX PC build falls within a budget range of $2,000 to $2,500 USD. I feel fairly assured about my selections except for the AIO. After watching a video by der8auer, the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II appears to be the top choice in terms of noise, cooling efficiency, and value. However, the hoses terminate at the top of the pump, which makes me question its effect on the side panel and possibly causing hose compression. I’ve considered the Fractal Design Lumen V2, but I’m unsure how it would perform if the pump is positioned inside the radiator.

AIO suggestions and additional recommendations are welcome.

Unless you really need Nvidia, I’d choose the 7900xt since it beats the 4070 ti by roughly 11% and offers 20GB of VRAM compared to 12GB for the 4070 ti. This means the 7900xt will let you play games at good settings much longer than the 4070 ti.

Absolutely, it’s the superior option. Appreciate the recommendation. I’m leaning toward the Lumen because that’s what GN used and the temperatures were manageable.
