Hello everyone, I'm looking for some guidance. I assembled a PC for my daughter using a Ryzen 5 3400G with 8GB DDR4 RAM, an Crucial Ballistix ASUS Prime A320M-MOBILE card, a 400W aerocool PSU, a 120GB SSD and a 500GB HDD. The issue is it won't allow me to push the CPU to 4.2 GHz or higher, even past its stock limit. It seems like the motherboard might be faulty, but both my daughter's and my son's setups work fine. This setup is very similar to my son's, which has a Ryzen 3 2400G and supports boosts. His PSU is 350W, and the BIOS shows an option for boosting, though it doesn't activate. The motherboard seems to have the latest firmware. Need advice on how to resolve this.
