Checked the CPU support page on Dell’s site. It wasn’t listed, so it isn’t officially supported. Still, it might work. Looks like an unusual chip—considering the E5 1600 series.

Hello, your message is appreciated. I reviewed the e5-2690 and e5-2648l chips and found they share many similarities, so I believe they should function well.
