Hi! I noticed your 7600 non-x CPU is overheating at 105°C and crashing. It looks like the standard cooler might not be sufficient. Have you checked any manufacturer guidelines or forums for similar issues?

No, I didn't use any thermal paste before installing the cooler.

It looks like you're facing some cooling issues. You might need to remove the plastic cover on the standard cooler, ensure the mounting pressure is active, or check if the fan is properly connected. The chip isn't reaching the expected temperatures, and it's likely getting too hot. A better cooler could definitely help.

We looked for stickers but found none. The cooler was properly installed. The fan is connected, all tower fans are functioning, and the CPU maintains consistent temperatures even without the side panel.

The Wraith cooler features a high-low adjustment on the side panel; modifying it allows you to reach the highest fan speed. It’s a straightforward hardware setting, though you can also fine-tune fan profiles for quieter operation.

Which motherboard you're using and whether it supports the newest BIOS are key details. Let me check that for you.

Check the newest chipset drivers and see how they work with the Ryzen balanced power plan.
