Your CPU's rated speed is 4.4GHz. Moving between 4.4GHz and 4.5GHz leads to crashes in benchmarks and games after just a minute. Going above 4.5GHz triggers an immediate shutdown (BSOD) when the OC is applied, regardless of voltage settings. Temperatures stay at 77°C in R23. Possible causes could include overheating, unstable BIOS settings, or insufficient cooling.

The 4.4 GHz rating is for a single core, so attempting a full overclock isn't advised. The Ryzen 3000 usually doesn't reach such high speeds, making overclocking unsuitable.

I heard positive feedback about the 3600XT and using it at 4600. I bought my XT for the standard price, so I wasn't cheated. However, I can only run all cores at 4400 with reduced voltages. It struggles to maintain stability at 4500 or 4600. Eventually, each core will reach that range. Grr. As someone who overclocks Intel, this feels different from normal Intel tuning.
