You received a used Intel Core i5-2500K from Amazon that fails to power on properly, only briefly flashing before stopping. The system has the following specs: a current CPU of Intel Core i5 2400 M-series Z77A-G45 motherboard, DDR3 memory, and an Evga 1050 to Sac graphics card. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
