Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your sentence:

Are you certain the cable is connected to the GPU rather than the motherboard?

Consider testing ThrottleStop version 9.4.6. Open it from the main menu and run a game for about 15 minutes. Afterward, close the game and then exit ThrottleStop to let it save your log file. The file should be saved in your ThrottleStop/Logs directory. Share this log with your next update. I've noticed some unusual issues in games like Valorant where turbo limits drop to zero and CPU throttling increases significantly. The log will help identify such problems. Also, include screenshots of the main window, FIVR, and TPL to show how the BIOS configures your CPU.

The files include screenshots and logs, I used version 9.4. There seems to be a variation.

Your processor operates at maximum capacity while generating logs. When the screen is idle with no applications running, ThrottleStop displays a high C0% value, suggesting background processes are consuming resources. This may affect game performance. Most cores remain low C0% during inactivity. A high C0% means unnecessary tasks are active. Investigate what’s running in Task Manager Details to remove unused programs. Check CPU-Z for memory speed; ensure it matches the reported rate. Some systems automatically reduce memory speed under light load. Your system lists DDR 4000 at 2000.0 MHz—confirm you have the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.

The values change from 0 to 5 depending on whether you're using the desktop or another setup. In throttlestop and cpu-z you see these numbers, but they don't show your BIOS version. To find it, check the manufacturer's website or use a BIOS detection tool.

Your processor is only operating at 800MHz, which likely causes the issue. Which RAM modules are you installing?

It's actually running at 400 MHz. Open the BIOS settings and verify your memory's configured speed. Ensure XMP is activated. CPU-Z should display the BIOS version on the Mainboard section. The memory speed problem could stem from an outdated BIOS or incorrect memory configuration in the BIOS.
