I’m working on assembling a PC for someone who doesn’t play games, so there’s no GPU. I found some good deals during the holidays and decided to build it myself—this is my fourth attempt. After following the instructions and putting everything back together, the CPU fan started but nothing else worked. The USB ports are powered but not recognized, and I didn’t see any error codes or RGB lights. I sent a return request and got a replacement, but when I reassembled it, the same problem occurred. Is this related to the BIOS or something else I missed? Thanks for your help—I’ve been spending a lot of time on this!

Both of your Ryzen machines required more than ten minutes to complete the initial boot. Now that nothing is occurring—no lights or fans moving—it could indicate a problem.
Update bios using Q Flash for quick access and performance improvements.
