AMD claims the release date is April 13, 2021. I’m looking for these products for home servers, but I can’t find them for sale anywhere. Engineering samples are available on Alibaba, though I don’t want to receive an incomplete item. Do you have any information?

I don't think this component was meant for regular sale. It probably exists only for OEM use in small custom builds.
