the pcie sata card isn't level when installed with the bracket, making it hard to spot in the photos. another possibility is that not all the motherboard screws align perfectly in the white circle on the PCB around the through holes. should you be concerned? It doesn’t seem too serious and the PCB isn’t severely bent.

I don't see any issue, I've encountered worse (just search for "GPU sag" and embrace the struggle)
