I shared this again since it hasn't been resolved. My setup includes an RTX3060Ti with 8GB RAM, 2x16GB, a 500W 80+ PLATINUM power supply, and it works fine in games like CS:GO and GTA V. Performance remains consistent across titles, even at 1440p resolution. Screenshots show stable frame rates. I've tried updating BIOS, changing GPU drivers, disabling G-sync, adjusting monitor refresh rates, and even throttling CPU temps. Despite these changes, I still face issues with lower frame rates under load. My CPU runs at a steady 3990Mhz during games, but drops to around 600fps in VODs. Power consumption is also a factor—CPU throttles at higher temps, but performance doesn't improve. I've also noticed RAM changes didn't help with power issues. What could be causing this inconsistency?
