I just built a new gaming setup. I have an ASUS ROG Crosshair viii hero X570 with a Wi-Fi motherboard, BIOS v1105, AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, a 4-slot stick configuration with 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 memory (CMW32GX4M4D3600C18), two Corsair MP510 M.2 drives (480GB boot and 960GB games), and an Nvidia RTX 2080 Super GPU. The system runs smoothly with one stick installed in the A2 slot, and four sticks work in that slot. When I try to add a second stick in the B2 slot, I get a post code error 0D and can’t update the BIOS. Do you think there might be an issue with the motherboard or the stick slots? Any advice would be helpful.

I really hope I don't have to empty the loop and verify everything. It's just a hassle. Almost certain it's not the socket, but until I remove the CPU I won't know for sure. Everything seems to be working properly. Ran memtest without any problems, except for the one dimm, and the CPU looks fine otherwise.
I'll start with the voltage test, then proceed if needed. If that doesn't resolve it, I'll drain the loop and inspect the CPU. Someone also mentioned possible pressure from the CPU waterblock, though I doubt it's the issue since it's only tight on one finger.
