Have you made sure all the drivers are installed? Chipset drivers are available on your motherboard’s site, along with other necessary ones.

Choose fast GPU performance with GPU acceleration enabled. Avoid letting Windows choose automatically. You can use the igpu if available, and sometimes it picks itself. Ensure it doesn't select the CPU. In NVIDIA Control Panel, verify physx settings—select GPU instead of CPU. Download drivers from the motherboard site.
