I tried entering my product key on Microsoft’s site to install Windows 7, but it didn’t work. When I reached out via chat, they said the key was blocked. Would Acer consider providing a new key?

Is it an OEM code or not? You can obtain win 7 isos legally without one, and Acer probably won’t provide them. If it’s an OEM code, you’ll need the restoration disk—which is likely unavailable. There are restoration isos available online, but in live environments only free versions are offered: https://restore.solutions/en/aceraspirem3970/

Yes, you can use the key to install Microsoft's genuine Windows 7 version on a prebuilt system.

Sure, just download the ISO and apply the key using Magic Jelly Bean to retrieve the correct one.
