It seems the discussion is about losing repeatedly on a map that should benefit you. People might be acting out of frustration, trolling, or trying to derank others. Smurfing and performing well aren't mutually exclusive. For instance, I can play globally across various leagues and easily drop 30-50 bombs before and after nerfs. And why would someone smurf when they're trying to damage games?
I thought there would still be some difficulty, since the latest update seemed to favor those who weren't careful, it was even tougher in MG2 even for a DMG smurf.
