This new PC setup has no keyboard or mouse indicator lights.
I just purchased the Ryzen 5900x today and spent a lot of time setting up my PC yesterday. Fans are spinning and RGB lighting is working, but I can't connect the monitor, keyboard, or mouse. I tried reseating the CPU, RAM, GPU, and only using the boot drive. It seems like the motherboard might be faulty since I got it as a demo. Thanks for your help. It seems you're asking about the motherboard model. It appears you might need to upgrade your BIOS.
The manual covers pages 2 through 12, detailing the steps. Key points include:
Spoiler: Important information is revealed here.
Do you have the 24-pin and 8-pin CPU power connected? If yes, please upload a photo of your motherboard so we can see all the connectors. Also, if you used the "Quote" in the bottom left of my post, feel free to include it. Then I'll let you know when I respond.
Make sure the GPU is powered on and visible. Reinsert the GPU, ensuring the SATA connectors are fully seated—though M.2 slots can be loose. Power up the system. Indicate which indicator lights up. Stay tuned for the reveal.
