I recently purchased a brand-new PC and noticed my YouTube often freezes while using the second monitor. I’ve tried several fixes—disabling shadow play, turning off hardware acceleration in browsers, clearing cookies and cache, and even stress testing the system—but nothing improves the issue. The problem persists across both Chrome and Firefox, regardless of the game running. My PC specs are: Windows 11, Intel i7-14700k, 32GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti, modular V2 ATX, 1250W power supply. I’m unsure what to focus on next.
