In HWInfo you can view the cause of power throttling. It may be that Lenovo has established certain fixed power or temperature thresholds. If it relates to power limits, consider adjusting PL1 and PL2 with throttle stop settings.

HWino is running the benchmark quietly in the background. Nothing seems unusual or strange.

Do you have an entry mentioning PROCHOT or EXT? For benchmarking, consider using Cinebench for CPU performance or CPU-Z for integrated stats. Geekbench covers various metrics as well.

I don't recognize those labels anywhere. The cinebench is currently unzipping and operating at 23W, which is more than it did on any benchmark tests—unusual. It notes the unzip will take about 23 minutes, so I'll update with that time later.

The cinebench timer failed to finish rendering the initial square. CPU-Z metrics show a score of 54 for single-thread and 616 for multi-thread. Bench link provided: https://valid.x86.fr/skng7m

Yeah, that’s not ideal. None of the sensors ever alert you about why it’s slowing down? That makes it hard to get assistance unless you have the same setup and already fixed it. I’d still test throttlestop from techpowerups—it has a section showing which limits are causing issues.

Everyone's sensors indicate no throttle consistently. I plan to study how trottlestop functions and try to understand it myself. If needed, I might have to contact Lenovo.

Yeah. Throttlestop also displays your sensor readings (such as HWInfo) and provides some settings to adjust the throttle behavior. However, this feature has been significantly limited over several generations now.
