Begin assembly from one side, initiate movement, then switch sides and rotate a few times on each side until it settles. Ensure the right mounting hardware is used; when the screws reach their end and stop turning, it confirms adequate pressure.
I believe it's likely a BIOS issue. All the updates from MSI for the 14th gen BIOS have had many strange problems, so a voltage spike above 200mV isn't surprising. The 6GHz setting usually pushes voltages even higher, though I doubt it will reach that level. Voltage is normal between 1.3 to 1.4V depending on the chip, but it shouldn’t be at 6GHz. Have you looked at a 1 click 6GHz option? It seems they didn't include XMP under the CPU frequency, and I might have misread the settings. Whoops — edited February 8, 2024 by RONOTHAN##
Upgrade your BIOS, it seems you're using the initial version and the latest ones should resolve this voltage/frequency issue.
I made the changes just before you responded because I noticed the wrong revision number. It seems you're using one of the initial BIOS updates for that motherboard before the 14700K received official support. This might be contributing to the problem, and updating the BIOS should likely lower the voltage. If that doesn't resolve it, consider setting a manual voltage adjustment or applying a -250mV offset.
