Hello, your setup seems to be working technically, but you're experiencing issues with visibility and functionality. It might help to double-check the physical connections and ensure the modem is properly powered. Also, verify that your router's firmware is up to date and that you're using the correct IP settings for your devices. If the problem persists, consider restarting both the modem and router or consulting ATT support for further assistance.
I’m unsure about dhcp leases and would extend the time from 10 minutes to around 120 days. It seems unclear how it relates to the public IP address, which appears ambiguous in the description. The 10-minute setting might conflict with the downstream router, and I think a static lease makes more sense—especially if the router acts as the LAN gateway. I’m confused whether the lease applies to the router’s LAN IP (like 192.168.1.x) or to the public IP, which would likely remain unchanged. It usually doesn’t shift much over time, not even in six months. My guess is the lease should match the router’s LAN address, and the current setting feels too short. I’d appreciate checking the router configuration as well.
