Right, I had a problem with my AM5 build and it wouldn't boot, wouldn't post are doing anything... Couldn't even get into bios. Everything was plugged in perfect. I solved it by moving the RAM from A1-B1 to A2-B2 and boom, worked.

I attempted this but didn’t succeed. The red signal seems to be from either the DRAM or CPU indicator. Once activated, the DRAM and CPU lights begin rapidly alternating between states, turning on and off quickly.

Have you considered swapping out the CPU? Besides that, bring it to a repair shop—they likely have extra parts like M/B, CPUs, and RAM. After fixing the issue, file a return or exchange request.
