I purchased a Proliant dl380p but can't get it to post. I have: an Intel xeon 2650 v2 processor, a 2x 440 watt power supply, and 16 GB GSKILL DDR3 RAM. I don’t know why it’s not posting. The fans will spin, but the system health indicator keeps flashing red.

Doesn't show a flip-out status screen? Have you linked it to the integrated Lights Out board for additional details?
