I need some guidance. My ROG Strix X470-i board has lights working but fans are silent and no signal reaches the monitor. I've already checked RAM, PSU, F-panel connections, and CMOS reset. Any further advice would be helpful. My setup includes a Raydon 3700x, RTX 2070, and Vengeance LPX RAM.

I don’t have a second-generation processor, and I’m curious if updating the BIOS on this motherboard is possible using a USB drive. Could you confirm whether this applies to your specific board? Your prompt was really appreciated.
