CPU model: Ryzen 2700. Board: ROG Strix B450-F Gaming, BIOS 3003 (current). RAM: Corsair LPX 2x8GB at 3600Mhz. GPU: Zotac RTX 2060. I’m facing frustrating BIOS problems. Any adjustments to CPU or RAM cause boot failures and revert me back to defaults. Even the AI Tuner, which boosts performance by about 4%, still fails to start. My RAM is stuck at 2100Mhz, matching the previous speed before upgrading from 4x4GB 3200Mhz RAM. This shows a significant drop in potential speed. What solutions can help resolve this?

Zen+ memory controller handles speeds up to 2933mhz; higher than that may require overclocking which isn't reliable. Corsair LPX usually relies on SK Hynix ICs and tends to overheat during overclocking, leading to many problems. Consider lowering the clock speed instead—it won’t reach full speed but will boost performance significantly. On your ROG board, if you have a "performance enhancer" setting, start with level 2. If that doesn’t work, try level 3. Make sure to reset the CMOS before attempting any changes.

Just like @ShrimpBrime mentioned anything above 2933 is an overclock and not reliable, I’ll proceed with caution. Make sure to update the CMOS, refresh the BIOS, set the SOC to 1.1, and try 2933 first. Use memtest86 and OCCT to verify stability. Remove any CPU overclocks if possible for now.
