Hello everyone, my system has a 5700x chip, but the HWM only shows a max clock speed of around 3.630 MHz. It’s cooled with an AIO fan, running at under 70°C during Cinebench R23 tests. In BIOS I can manually adjust each core to 4.65 GHz and it works, but PBO isn’t responding—even though it’s enabled in BIOS. I’m unsure what else I should try now.

I'm not sure about the problem, but I upgraded to a 5800x3D and it worked. Probably a BIOS issue with the 5700x or just a faulty 5700X.
