The B450M-Pro4 stopped working quickly. Did you check the DS3H V2—could it offer improved power supply components compared to the original model? I'm searching for options near the price of the B450M-Pro4.

It's tough to judge without seeing them. Typically newer boards include better parts—not just VRM but also capacitors and improved PCB traces. Most come with the latest stable BIOS by default, which helps compatibility with modern RAM, SSDs, and processors. If you have both, opt for the newest model. If your CPU supports it and you can afford it, choose a B550 board instead.
