I’m experiencing a strange problem lately: my computer no longer performs any warm restarts, even when I press the reset button. It always shuts down cold. This is frustrating and could affect my hardware over time. I’ve checked the cables, reconnected everything, but nothing changed. My PSU seems damaged, and the GPU is stuck in the second PCIe slot, running at PCIe x1 instead of x16. The 3080 NVMe card is in the first PCIe with four drives. I’m confused about why it’s in that position—especially since I don’t play games there and struggle with booting into Windows. I also ran some data processing and ML training on this machine. After a few more days at home, I can’t pinpoint when it started acting up. WTF? Here’s the setup: Asus X570 TUF Gaming CPU, Ryzen 7 3800X GPU, 3080 PSU (850W).
