The USB is set up for FAT32, but after downloading files and inserting it, nothing appears on the BIOS screen. You tried MSI's video and another guide, but it still doesn<|pad|> to work. What went wrong?

Have you checked their videos yet? MSI provides helpful tutorials on simple tasks. You might also try the MSI DRAGON CENTER for BIOS updates on Windows.

I watched the video on the site, but for some reason my PC can't open the USB file from the Dragon Center. It doesn't show any of those options.
