I wonder if I overlooked anything because it appears one component is always defective, so I didn’t want to spend more time. To comply with the return policy, I sent both the CPU and motherboard for repair, and they’ll diagnose it and provide replacement or repaired parts. I’m still considering it might be the CPU, but I’ll check their response.
