I've attempted the following: pressing f2 or del, disabling fast boot, navigating through BIOS via troubleshoot. The system boots directly to Windows without a startup screen. PC specs include ASUS Z390-A PRIME MSI RTX 2080 Super, i7-9700k, and 16GB RAM.

Verify if the issue lies with your screen or your monitor. Begin rapidly deleting keys on your keyboard once your PC powers up.

When your keyboard has a backlight, the illumination signals you to press buttons quickly, just in case it starts up too rapidly.

I begin pressing keys right away when I turn on my computer, yet I immediately switch to Windows.
