You're not overthinking it too much. Your GPU is already factory overclocked, so you're good to go. The 256GB Sabrent Rocket drive should keep things running smoothly without overheating, especially if placed close to the GPU. As for the heatsink, the Strix 570-I M.2 should handle an 8TB Sabrent M.2 nicely, but make sure it's properly secured and positioned.
The SSD at the back should be fine, as should the one beneath the heatsink or heat spreader. With a bit of airflow from the AIO fan around the motherboard, thermal issues shouldn’t be a concern.
