Hello! Your Lenovo b50-30 has an 8 GB RAM module that works fine, but when you power off or put it into sleep, the PC restarts automatically. You mentioned trying to force shutdown and adjusting the fast-start settings, but the problem persists. Please let me know if you need further help.

Consider disabling automatic recovery after a crash in Windows and see if a BSoD appears during a reboot or if putting the PC to sleep works.

I disabled automatic restart after the system failure, yet I didn’t notice any BSOD.
