This laptop isn't starting up properly.
He has an Acer Aspire 5 laptop from last year. He attempted a factory reset of Windows 11 because his storage ran out and stopped recognizing drives. You and him have tried installing different operating systems on other drives, using Windows recovery via USB, but it didn’t detect the NVMe drives or the SATA SSDs. The only boot option detected is Linpus Lite, which was never installed on the machine or any of the devices you tested.
Check the NVME drive on another PC to verify its condition. Did the PC cease recognizing drives once a factory reset began? Did detection drop after storage reached capacity? Is this related to a single drive setup?
The system ceased recognizing all storage devices following the factory reset. I attempted to use NVMe on both my PC and laptop, and everything worked properly. Apologies for not responding right away.
