Hello everyone. I’m facing a tricky issue that’s really bothering me. I’m looking for assistance since I can’t find a solution. Here’s what happened:
I used an old desktop running Windows 7. While watching a YouTube video, my computer suddenly shut down with a blue screen. After that, I never launched it again. When I tried to start the PC normally, it froze when the two dots appeared. Then I entered recovery mode, but it displayed a black screen without any progress. Initially, I suspected a RAM problem. I checked all the slots with the existing RAM, but nothing changed. Later, I replaced my SSD with a new one and reinstalled Windows 7. It still froze after "Windows is loading files" and didn’t respond. I also attempted to install Windows 7 on my current SSD, but it froze again at the same point.
Anyone have any questions or suggestions to help me fix this? Thanks in advance.

The motherboard appears to be the issue. The CPU might be a factor, but the board seems more probable.
