Occasionally the power unit inside AMD graphics cards emits sound. Likely it's coil whine during startup or performance spikes.

It's not the same. It seems to be something intense like "ZZZZZZZZZZZ" or "RRRRRRRRRRRRR". More frequent when I watch YouTube.

It seems the GPU also produces coil whine around 150 fps, often noticeable on title screens. This noise tends to come from speakers or a headset, especially when the HDD isn't the operating system drive. It usually stops when the device isn't in use.

Inspect the motherboard standoff screws and those for the HDD enclosure and case fans. I understand you mentioned it's not the fans, but a loose screw on the motherboard, HDD, or CPU cooler could cause vibrations. That's the first thing to check.
