Your setup seems capable of running Fallout 76 smoothly. The i3 6100 at 3.50ghz with a GTX 760 2gb should handle medium to high settings at 60 fps without major issues. You likely have enough power for now, but keep an eye on performance as you add more content or upgrade components later.

It's a beta version... it wouldn't be unexpected if the game has graphics options that only work properly on newer cards. For instance, certain effects rely on shader version 10, but your card only supports 8 or lower, so the engine skips them entirely. Or perhaps the game automatically sets a medium or low quality, but doesn't adjust the settings in the menu, leaving you believing it's still high. Are you playing at 720p or 1080p? Two gigabytes might be too little RAM for 1080p. Also, the game seems to cap at around 60 frames per second, and performance drops when it runs faster. // Note: the numbers 8 and 10 are made up; I'm not trying to guess your GTX 760's real specs.

My machine performs better, though I experienced FPS drops at high settings. However, when I adjusted to lower and higher settings, the game appeared identical. It's likely the beta version had certain features turned off for smoother operation.
