Hello, I purchased the Redragon Yama Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Purple Switch K550RGB. The RGB lights work except for certain keys like F1, 1, Q, A, Z and the Windows key. I attempted to restart my system, uninstall it, and reinstall the keyboard. I’ve plugged and unplugged the USB repeatedly. After removing the purple switch, I changed it to other letters, but the specific keys still don’t work. I’m really struggling now. Can you help?
I previously used it while playing Warzone. After attempting to hide from enemies, my A stopped responding and I had to exit the game. Later I discovered the specific keys weren't working.
Yeah, it doesn't work. Try something simpler without needing extra programs installed.
I've worked on improving it. Then it functioned well until. When I press certain keys, like five A's in a row, the backlight shuts off. It takes time for it to return to normal. Pressing Q repeatedly from F1 to Windows makes the light disappear and stops responding (same with A). Can someone assist me?
