This Hp laptop has a flashing screen and lacks BIOS functionality.
The laptop starts but the screen just flashes white for about 0.1 seconds, no matter what I do. I tried pressing f10 to access the BIOS but it didn’t work. Removing the battery and holding the power button for 30 seconds also didn’t help. Is this laptop dead or should I take it to Beyonce repair? I have important files on it and I don’t want to lose them. Please help.
