Hello everyone, I’m trying to figure out where to share this issue. My internet speed is very slow—about 400 Mbps down and only 20 Mbps up on Wi-Fi. When I connect my Astro A50 base station, the download speed jumps dramatically. I’m not sure what frequency it’s using or if there’s a specific setting I need to adjust. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Typically it runs on the 2.4GHz frequency, though I’m curious about your wireless card and router setup. Just noted—seems like you’re using the 5GHz band, which is unusual.

I realized the issue by using a Wi-Fi analyzer to check local frequencies. The headset was transmitting at 5GHz, overlapping with my internet signal. I switched my internet frequency, and the problem was resolved. Appreciate your help!
