Have you attempted ddu followed by reinstalling the driver? First verify there are no settings interfering with voltage adjustment.

Is this a test? It doesn’t look like HWINFO. Verify the GPU core voltage on HWINFO—your 6800 XT has an undervolt setting based on HWINFO. Also, confirm that afterburner isn’t conflicting with the settings you made in Adrenaline.

It's not HWMINFO, it's HWMONITOR. Afterburner only sets the settings when you actually click apply. To be clear, I turned it off. Also, the clock and memory overclocking function works, but voltage underclocking doesn't. I'm not sure if the power limit really increases, since I haven't seen it exceed 100% like with Nvidia. In any case, I run HWINFO and it shows quite low GPU Core Voltage. But I doubt that's accurate because both HWMONITOR and AMD Adrenalin say otherwise!
