I purchased a gigabyte Z390 Pro Wi-Fi motherboard to run games. I had an Intel 6-core processor, used 960Evo NVMe on the top M.2 slot for OS, and allocated 1TB for game storage—initially connected via a SATA cable, then using the bottom port as the only bootable drive. When trying a bootable USB, I couldn’t see it in Windows 10 or through command lines. The BIOS shows all storage, but the M.2 slot doesn’t recognize it and only allows booting from the 1TB drive. I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix this so I can view it in Windows as I intended. Perhaps using two M.2 drives would help, or maybe I should stick with one and try booting from it. If I disable the 1TB Samsung card, the empty list shows no storage and I can’t select anything—only see the BIOS. What options do I have to make this work?
