I've tried updating the BIOS and resetting the CMOS, but the PC still won't start. The power button only cuts the PC on during updates, not off. After a reboot, it powers down completely and shows orange LEDs. It seems the board might be faulty. Check the parts list for troubleshooting steps.

Your motherboard supports flashback functionality. Update the latest BIOS firmware onto a USB drive, connect it, press the rear IO button, and let the installation complete. A YT tutorial is available if you need guidance. Flashback makes it very hard to permanently damage the BIOS settings.

I've completed that task. I refreshed the BIOS to the newest version and checked everything. The CMOS was cleared and reset to factory settings, then reverted afterward. Still no results. I understand the BIOS update process because at factory standards the power switch doesn't shut down the PC, and the MoBo LEDs remain off. After the update, the power button functions correctly and the LEDs illuminate. However, it still can't enter or start up in BIOS mode.

Are you connecting the monitor to the graphics card? The 5600x lacks built-in graphics. If you're linking into the card without a display or post, detach any riser cable between the motherboard and GPU. Insert the GPU straight into the motherboard and connect it to BIOS. Change the PCIe setting to gen 3 for riser use.

Sometimes even high-end risers labeled as Gen 4 can cause problems. Not every one is fully "Gen 4," and there are many variations in quality. The difference between Gen 3 and Gen 4 isn't a big issue for your graphics card, so if it functions at Gen 3, you're fine. To upgrade to Gen 4, you could contact the manufacturer of the riser directly.

Could you confirm if all required components are included? It seems the list might be missing some riser cables.
