Hi everyone, I bought a DA:I Origin code from ozgamshop yesterday and downloaded it overnight. When I try to launch the game, I keep seeing the error about not being able to connect to EA servers. No one seems to know if the servers are down or if this is just part of the Origin DRM system. I've checked online for hours but haven't found any solutions. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

Attempting again, it seems to function now. I just created a new character and everything is going well. The site or store isn’t familiar to me, so I’m unsure if it’s trustworthy. But hey! Since I’m not from Australia, don’t be surprised. Also, stick to your own interests—otherwise you might miss out on responses unless people quote you. Contact support; they’re helpful. They helped me before with similar issues (not related to my account or games).

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep trying and let you know if I succeed. Updated: Visited the origin support page to identify required ports. Set up port forwarding but haven't activated it yet. Still facing issues. Update 2: Reinstalled Origin, turned off antivirus and used clean boot, but nothing worked.

I don’t recognize the store either; have you purchased a region-locked edition? If yes, you may need to connect via a VPN server. However, it seems unlikely given the widespread reports. Are you using a Mac or a PC?
