The issue is quite basic I saved GTA IV 100% through Steam Launcher and everything turned into a black screen. I used Xkill to close it but it didn’t respond. CPU usage was around 11%. Xbox/Xbone live doesn’t work, and the Xbox/Xbone live patch also failed. Riva tuner statistic server was closed. I installed DX11&DX10 and had C++ installed from various dates. The Xbox app now opens in Windows 10 marketplace. Updated July 22, 2018 by Crunchy Dragon.

GTA IV is known for compatibility problems. Share your system details and ensure you have the latest drivers installed. It might be a simple installation issue, but it's worth verifying. If you bought the game legitimately, there could be another reason for the black screen.

Absolutely, the specifications are perfect and everything works fine. I’ve finally cracked the game officially—no need to share the details, but Rockstar deserves it!

Windows 10 Pro comes with an i7 CPU, and the RAM is sufficient for GTA IV.
