Hello everyone! I’m still trying to figure out what’s happening. Recently, whenever I play PUGBG, my PC crashes frequently. I have to force restart, but it doesn’t boot up or anything unusual. The game keeps freezing, making Discord very unstable—everything freezes and I end up having to hold the power button to shut it down. I’ve tried almost everything: reinstalling, moving drives, clearing folders, etc. It only happens once or twice a day, after which I can play normally. But the next day it repeats. If anyone has any ideas or solutions, I’d really appreciate it! My system specs are: 9900k processor, 2080 Ti 32GB RAM.

Black screen or audio issues, freezing, or persistent sound problems often indicate a GPU driver issue. Test with different drivers to resolve the problem.

There could be some corrupt files. Consider running sfc/scannow in CMD with admin privileges. Check Steam for any issues related to PubG. Ensure all your drivers are current. @LogicalDrm suggested trying display drivers as well. You might want to roll back the GPU driver uninstallation and reinstall it. Also, try reseating the RAM and GPU just to confirm everything is working properly.
